Just watched this to help me decide on siding with you or Grace Mah. I was turned off to Mah because she merely explained the duties of the job, qualifications, listed statistics, and referenced "working for the kids" as her appeal to the emotions, which is cause for suspicion. You voiced the details of what is currently wrong and what you would like to see, which leads me to trust you more.
