THANK YOU. This has driven me crazy since the early Powerbook years, and yet I haven't seen anyone call it out until now.

A 3-to-2 prong adapter is part of my road warrior setup. But it's not the perfect solution. It makes the plug heavier, and in loose sockets can come undone. Plus it looks dorky. So much for svelte Apple design.

No. Microsoft testers have been the best in the business compared to other places. The difference is they are so big, they have a spotlight and microscope on them. You don't hear about all the little issues (or even bigger one) like this that plague other companies because they aren't Microsoft.
